FEES

LGF AGENCY 's fees are set at 3% including VAT ( i.e., 2.5% excluding VAT ) of the sale price, payable by each of the two parties — the seller and the buyer.      
 

The fees are due at the time of signing the preliminary sales agreement or on the day of signing the final deed . 
  

For long-term rentals , the fees correspond to one month's rent.
